WHAT WILL I GAIN BY WORKING WITH A COACH?
There is no limit to what you can gain through coaching. At some point in life we question who we are and whether we are really doing what we were created to do. Often there is a curiosity to investigate something new or move toward a dream we've had for a long time. If you are ready for change in one or more areas of your life, want to explore new directions, or just want to improve what you are currently doing, you can benefit from working with a coach.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
I usually coach by phone, FaceTime, or Skype so that I can work with you no matter where you live. The benefit of phone coaching is that you can be coached from the comfort of your home at a convenient time, or even if one of us are traveling.
WHEN WOULD WE MEET?
Sessions generally run 40 minutes long. I do my best to be flexible and accommodate your schedule.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I'M READY?
Unlike therapy which deals with emotional crisis or resolving past issues, coaching focuses on the present and pursuing positive growth and change. Perhaps you are ready to explore new interests, but not sure where to start. If you are ready to move forward, it's time to consider coaching.
